Are children invited to the Welcome Party and Wedding?
While we love your children, please leave them at home Friday and Saturday. They are welcome to join Sunday morning at Ladybird!
Is transportation provided?
On Friday, transportation is not provided to the Welcome Party. Parking is limited at the Hotel Clermont so please use ride share.
On Saturday, transportation is provided to the wedding from the three hotels on our room block (Thompson Atlanta Buckhead, Kimpton Sylvan Hotel, and Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead) and back to the hotels and the after-party at the end of the evening. Shuttles will depart from each of the hotels at 4:30pm ET.
Where should we stay in Atlanta?
We have room blocks at three hotels near the venue in Atlanta - please see Travel page of the website.
What should I wear to the wedding?
The Wedding is Black Tie attire.
When should I RSVP by?
Please RVSP to the Wedding by 8/23/2024.
Are the events inside or outside?
The Welcome Party on Friday is outside on the Rooftop of the Hotel Clermont. The Wedding will have indoor and outdoor portions with the reception being indoors.
What is the weather typically like in Atlanta in October?
Average highs are in the mid-70s and average lows at night are in the mid-50s. Please check the weather forecast the week of as a portion of events will be outdoors.
